– I am not responsible for items getting lost in shipping. Once I turn the item over to the USPS, it is on them. I ship everything with tracking and If something has been shipped but you do not get it, please contact the USPS first.

We do our diligence and inspect each piece but the entire history of a watch and its service record are impossible to substantiate.
